The conditions under which this site and its instruments are offered.
This page is composed for visitors who want to understand the boundaries of the site before they enter the room. It is written in plain language, not legal boilerplate, and it does not create a client relationship on its own.
A window into the practice, not the practice itself.
The site introduces Jasmine Lily Ho's advisory practice and the instruments she composes for business owners, corporate principals, and high-net-worth families. It explains the posture of the work, the shape of the diagnostics, and the private audience through which counsel is arranged.
Browsing the site is not the same as receiving advice. Nothing on these pages — including any diagnostic result, article, or conversation with Amanda — constitutes financial, legal, tax, or estate-planning advice for your specific situation. Personal counsel begins only after a private audience and a signed engagement letter.
Protego™, Legatus™, and Hereditas™ are reached by arrangement.
Certain instruments described on this site — including the Protego™ living-balance-sheet reading, the Legatus™ will-and-trust drafting room, and the Hereditas™ multi-generational succession chamber — are available only by private invitation or after a completed intake. A description of an instrument is not an offer to provide it, and access may be declined if the fit is not right.
Invitation codes, where they are issued, are personal and non-transferable. They may not be sold, shared, or published. If a code is misused, it may be revoked without notice.
The words, images, and instruments on this site are held under signet.
All content on this site — prose, design, marks, diagnostic wording, memo composition, and the structure of the instruments — is the property of Jasmine Lily Ho and her practice and is protected by copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law where applicable. The diagnostic question text, in particular, is core intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, printed, or circulated.
You may read, share links to, and quote short passages for personal reference. You may not scrape, mirror, republish, or build a competing service from the content or structure of this site.
Your visit is treated with the same discretion as a private audience.
The practice does not track individuals across the web, does not sell visitor data, and does not use personal information to train any model. The full posture — what is collected, how it is protected, and what it is never used for — is set out in the Privacy & Method page, which forms part of these terms.
The site is kept current, but it cannot replace a personal file.
Every effort is made to keep the site accurate and current. However, the law, tax treatment, and market conditions change, and the site may not reflect the latest nuance. Jasmine Lily Ho and her practice accept no liability for decisions taken, or omitted, based on general information published here.
The site is provided on an "as is" basis. There are no warranties of uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.
Malaysian law, Malaysian courts, and the discipline of retained counsel.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
Where the site describes instruments that touch wills, trusts, estate planning, or Shariah-sensitive arrangements, the appropriate counsel discipline applies. The public-facing surface is intentionally tradition-neutral; the specific register for any engagement is confirmed in the private audience and engagement letter.
This page will be updated when the posture changes.
These terms may be revised as the practice, its instruments, or the law evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means acceptance of the revised terms.
Effective date: 18 August 2026.
If any of these terms is unclear, Amanda is in the corner of every page, and the private audience is always open.
